Throttle body

Has anyone ever replaced a throttle body on a vito? I think it's located somewhere down the nearside of the engine. Does anyone know how to get at it?

Find it first then figure out how to replace it.

I have located it, but I'm trying to figure out how to get access to it so that I can remove it. There's not much room down that side of the engine.
I was hoping that someone familiar with working on the engine might be able to tell what I need to remove first to get access.
Can the job be done without removing the engine?
