is there a workshop manual available that covers
1994 e200 16v engine?

The 200 twin cam engine 111.941 and 111.945 (97onward) is covered quite well in the Haynes manual for the C class 1993-2000 manual 3511 available at your local Halfords Its not exactly the same layout as the W124 but is broadly the same. Alas the haynes manual on the w124 series up to 93 doesn't cover these engines.
