Pin 3 on my 300SEL (103 6 cyl motor) shows 60%. My workshop manual lists 10,20,30,40,50,70 80,90. 60% is not listed. Does any one know what 60% on-off ratio is used for?

Not sure what you mean here, fault codes are blinks counted as numbers.

On my model in 1988, one uses a meter that will read on-off ratio on one of the pins.
There are not blinking lights or such.
