What is going on with my disc's

Hi All,

Just completed 90 mile journey and noticed this discoloration on my rear discs. Anyone have any experience is this a potential issue?

What's best way to resolve this please
Take the callipers off and service them. Most likely have a rust ring around the inside stopping them retuning into the cylinders. New seals and cleaning up the rust, alternatively new callipers might not be that expensive
