I that by now you have made your point, well at least I think you are trying to make a point but all you are doing is repeating the same old garbage again and again.

You own one Mercedes right?

Well let me even out your argument here.

I have a Mercedes 500SEL, has never gone wrong in 15 years, visits the dealer once a year and costs like 10 quid in parts.

The A Class is still pretty new but so far anything has been fixed under warranty and the dealer as ever has been excellent.

My pride and joy which I recently purchased is a 1972 250SL, I use a local specialist rather than a main dealer and so far I have had to play for a bolt!

And finally the old folks have an A Class, not one problem though they did complain they had to wait 5 days to book in for the last service, car was collected and returned on time as promised.

So just so you know your experience is not the same as everyone elses, it just reflects your own personal experience.

If the local dealer is bad, change it!

My business partner also had 2 Mercs and says he will never buy any other maake of car. He has had them for even longer than me!

Put that one in your pipe but be careful not to choke on it!

worried about after sales

I agree with most comments on Mercedes after sales service . I bought my E320 from Mercedes Brentford and have had numerous problems i.e tyre wear and steering pull . The dealers so far has unable to explain why there is wear and the pull . The service I have received , putting it mildy is appaling and all they are interested in is milking further the moment you book in your car to attend to a defect .

Can some tell me how I can contact Jeremy Clarkson ??
