Was seriously thinking of travelling over to make this beauty mine :grin:, your input would be appreciated, have got a W220 so the usual niggles are known (especially as Ive had a few of them).

Super car Steve, and the excellent price presumably reflects the likely insurance costs and the general reluctance people will have for large engined petrol cars at present.

I loved the spelling of Napper (sic) leather. Do these guys know what they are selling, or is it just a box on wheels?

Clearly you do know W 220s, so if you are happy there is no rust and the Airmatic suspension is good, the rest should be straightforward.

It does look nice. Worth a phone call to the vendor asking lots of questions before making the journey

Do note that its not a proper Brabus as no quad tail pipes, so probably just badged will need to check out the Brabus cert and the other numbers.

In the UK the offical Brabus route is that people specify Brabus parts from a catalogue and have them fitted by a MB main dealer, so it could well have some other Brabus parts fitted and not have quad tailpipes if the specifier didn't want them.

Mine has the chip and associated Brabus parts fitted (trim, engine covers, badging) at the request of the original owner, by MB Nottingham as part of the PDI process, when new.
That effectively makes it an offical UK spec Brabus car.

It could be aftermarket badging but if you can trace it back you may find out.
