Seriously when you start researching things for yourself and stop relying on the Tory party press for your information then we can have meaningful dialogue...
You are using the same drivel that The Tory party press, fed by the Tory party spin doctors, to make arguments that are not only false but have been conveniently construed to distort the truth....check it out and come back to me.
Don't you find it amazing how many 'facts' about Jeremy Corbyn have been unearthed by the Tories since he made Mayhem soil her panties when the results of the last general election started coming in.
A big reason not to call another general election, due to more soiling all round.

I have eyes and ears for my research and don't rely on " Tory party press" FYI.
You call my thoughts drivel because you disagree with me. Fine, but I don't call your opinion drivel even if I disagree strongly with you.

I actually find the heavily left wing BBC Sunday morning political show with Andrew Marr very informative. Nobody is going to get an unbiased report from any UK newspaper I have found.

As for comrade Corbyn, my views on that man will never change. A coward, traitor, and marxist rolled into one. And I don't need Tory spin doctors to tell me that either.

Well fair play with your thoughts on Jermey lol The other things you quoted ie the reason younger people vote for him is certainly not an overall view of why they did, it is direct Tory party spin doctor orientated false news. go check it out..
The other old chestnut about the Labour Party causing the 2008 crash, is another Tory party spin doctor twist of the actual event and you are still believing it and quoting it. Seriously.... and you tell me you have researched your 'facts'.
Also you will find that Labour in Government borrowed less and paid back more then any Tory party in government ever.

Believe what you want.
I suppose Labour don't have spin doctors do they? Do me a favour. Both sides make a living bashing the opposition or do you think its only the Tories?

I don't think we have any more to discuss on the subject. My views are totally opposite to yours and neither will change so lets call it a day;)

Corbyn is doing his normal trick on Brexit and that is to campaign for something that is popular, but can't and will never have to be delivered. Remember scrapping tuition fees? what's not to like, it's just that it isn't that simple/affordable to do, but never mind 'cos he didn't have to deliver on that one. What anbout ending the public sector pay freeze? Another popular idea (who wouldn't want to do that), but guess what, he doesn't have to deliver on that either. What about scrapping Trident and putting the money into the health service? Brilliant idea, but he doesn't have to deliver on that either. Now he wants the UK to "respect the referendum vote", but still stay members of the Customs union with full access to the Single market (with the associated free movement and rule d by the European Court, etc), but again, it sounds great but he'll never have to deliver it!

Part of me wishese he had won the election (by the way people - HE DIDN'T) so I could watch him try and deliver these policies. By the way, vote for ME and every forum member gets a free AMG - I "promise". :)

Jesus Corbyn will perform many a miracle for his devoted admirers, loaves, fishes, spoon bending and untold wealth, can't really see why any non contributor wouldn't vote for him.
Theresa doesn't offer what she hasn't got.

They are all as bad as each other, they are all in it to get the maximum out for themselves and family members, we are all just an inconvenience to them all.

I think most people accept that the Americans were responsible for the crash, but back in the days when Thatcher and Reagan were in love is were i believe it all started.

Thatcher started the right to buy in 1980, officially she thought home ownership would instil pride and encourage people to work harder, do better. Personally i think she saw the housing stock as both a liability and an asset. A win win situation for the government, offload a liability and get paid for it.

Reagan really liked the idea of home ownership, and one of the first things he did when he came to power in 1981 was to deregulate the financial sector in 1982, to extend credit facilities to enable people to buy there own homes.

By 2003 they had the now infamous NINJA loans, whereby people could obtain a mortgage with no income, no job and no assets.

And thus was born the era of irresponsible lending, but it got far worse than that........

I'd say right to buy was one of Thatcher's triumphs.Thousands benefitted from it & eradicated lousy repairs if anything went wrong under council ownership. If you're paying for a repair yourself you want it done right first time.

"plans to create a single president of the EU, an EU finance minister and a "strong EU army in a militarised Europe"."

This is precisely and exactly why I voted Leave.

IMO the EU czars are hell-bent on creating a United States of Europe.

Yes, let's study the two most recent United States:

-of America: bicameral government, head of state/ head of government voted in every 4 years through popular elections.
-of Soviet Socialist Republics: unelected Party inner circle in power-sharing agreement with Secret Police, State Security and Armed Forces.

Doesn't fill me with hope.

I'm not a fan of overly-centralised government even in our small country.

Neither am I, but we do at least get a choice every few years, even if that choice is a bit thin on the ground sometimes.
