That’s the exhaust back pressure sensor , 24mm deep socket to remove it , watch the washer below it , don’t drop it .Right - got the valve to move and then saw there is a hose to the bottom left which is not on properly hence the coolant leak. I've had to top up coolant a couple of times in the last month so this could be be the reason. I can't access the clips to remove the pipe so have refitted everything back. Not having a great day - this plug has broken off the housing due to the brittle plastic. What is it and can I still drive the car?
I overtightened the top bolt and the flaming housing has cracked - it still feels secure. I may just get the damn thing replaced now.
I have the AA coming out to have a look at the coolant leak - I also have parts and garage cover and have the fault codes for the stuck egr.
My cay can only get better...

I think it will put the car into limp mode if you drive it .
About £60-70 for it ?
