**** living in London. Saturday night at The Smithy near us I was able to get the following:
Two 10-inch rump steaks, salad, chips.
One lasagna with salad and curly fries.
One jacket spud with cheese, coleslaw, bean.
One mixed side salad.
One bottle of house tempranillo, a rather nice spanish wine called Ayrum.
Two cokes.

All for the princely sum of £36.76

We stopped going to The Smithy after they were taken over a couple of years back. Every time we went, we got seated by the bog doors...

I'm slightly disgusted to say that I did complete their Henry VIII and Moby Dick challenges. Felt sick for a whole weekend after each of them... very nom nom though!

That's it. The Titanic. I remember it was 48oz. All the time I was eating it I couldn't stop thinking of John Candy in "The Great Outdoors"...

We had a bargain steak pub nearby. First time in there my son, 15 at the time, pointed to a poster advertising "Rustler Special 48oz Steak - if you dare". I laughed and said "I wonder if you get chips with it?" The barman heard me and said "Yes, you do - and a salad, sir! I never managed one; I put away a 24oz steak with a lot of trimmings one evening, but the "professional" eaters looked down their noses at such a "small" meal...

That Titanic, Dave, was just the steak. Beautiful, inch thick, bin lid sized steak. Pink in the middle.... mmm. One couldn't have eaten much more.

It is a pointless exercise berating, attacking Mosques and their worshippers it is the ideology that is the problem some will wind themselves up quite easily on a laptop without setting foot inside one.
The overwhelming majority of Muslims thankfully take the peaceful path.
There is the issue of the Wahabi preaching Mosques funded by Saudi and Qatar that need shutting though.
