I've had a bad experience with obtaining a Sat Nav upgrade from satnavupgrade.com and thought the members of this forum may be interested in my dealings with them. My last email to them (quoted below) basically sums up my experience with dealing with them. I have still not received a satisfactory resolution.
The sum of money involved is of little consequence. It's a matter of principal. What are your thoughts on this? Have I been reasonable?

Hi,
I ordered a Sat Nav upgrade on March 18th. Admittedly I ordered the wrong discs for the Sat Nav system installed in my car .
After a lot of difficulty communicating with you, I was kindly offered the correct discs, on the 7th of April - 19 days later,, which turned out to be £12 extra, but that was the price so, when the invoice arrived in my inbox, I paid the difference immediately,
After a lot of chasing up, the I received the "correct" discs" April 19th but when I tried to install the upgrade, nothing happened. Upon inserting disc 1 it did not trigger an installation process as it should. I have done one upgrade before, so I do know the process. I contacted you immediately about it and as yet have received no response.
This is terrible customer service to say the least.
Please either send a set of discs that are fit for purpose or refund me. If I have not had a satisfactory response in a timely manner I will be reporting this to trading standards and posting an appropriate summary of my experience with dealing with you on the Mercedes Benz owners, and any other appropriate, forum, and contacting my credit card company for a refund.
