    W211 E-Class - Bike rack on aluminium boot lid

    Does anyone know if you can use a bike rack on the aluminium boot of a W211 E-Class saloon? I have a bike rack that I used on my W203 C-Class, but that had a steel boot lid. The rack 'clips' to the edge of the boot lid with strong straps. The lid on the E-class is aluminium and I don't know...
