c220 gear grind

Hi All I Recently purchased a C220 DCI on a 06 plate. I have noticed over the past few days that the reverse gear is a little difficult to engage and when driving 5th gear if i catch it at the wrong point gives a grinding sensation through the gearstick. I don't hear a grinding noise...
