coolant temperature

Hi, looking for help maybe anyone could help, have vito 2011 w639 2.1 113cdi om651 , while driving on motorway coolant temperature keeps steady 90-95C degrees as soon i go in to town slow down, temperature drops to 70-80C degrees any help? Recently replaced thermostat ,water pump, diesel water...
