heavy vito(01) steering

Hi ,I have a really heavy steering problem that comes and goes over a days journey and seems ok at low speeds 5MPH and lower but really gets bad on slow corners & motorway lane changes.Then the next day fine ,not a problem all day! I did have an injector leak a few weeks and it was all cleaned...
