no audio

Hi lads, i want to be short i'm new on the forum and i have some issue with the audio sistem in the Mercedes w221 2011 i have no sound, i read on the internet that is a general issue, i want to find someone who can give me a hand with that would be much appreciated. Thank's

So, a couple of months ago, audio system stopped. Did some research and then did the 3 fuse removal, left it for an hour; replaced fuses, switched on; same result...... Merc logo then off. Did what one always does when the matter plan fails.... Make a brew! An hour later, come to the car to go...
