Mercedes S350 CGI 2011 No Sound

Hi lads, i want to be short i'm new on the forum and i have some issue with the audio sistem in the Mercedes w221 2011 i have no sound, i read on the internet that is a general issue, i want to find someone who can give me a hand with that would be much appreciated. Thank's

Thank’s for your fast response, so if i buy a second hand amp same manufacture harman kardon and change it i will need to reconfigure the software again?

I don't believe the amps are coded to the car, however any second hand amp is likely to suffer the same as yours and might not last long. The repairs don't appear great either looking at the threads on here.
