stiff accelerator

Throttle cable
Does anyone know where I can get a throttle cable for a 280SL. Accelerator pedal is stiff for the first inch or so when pressed and then eases to feel normal so have assumed throttle cable is the problem unless anyone has any other thoughts. Thanks PJH59- PJH59
