Throttle cable

Does anyone know where I can get a throttle cable for a 280SL.

Accelerator pedal is stiff for the first inch or so when pressed and then eases to feel normal so have assumed throttle cable is the problem unless anyone has any other thoughts.

Have you tried lubing with a light oil? GT85 bike lube works well.

Hi

It has been greased [not by me] but not sure what was used. Will ask my friend who did it and if not give it a go.
