    W415 Head Unit Locked Out - Can't enter numbers

    Hi, Does anyone know how to reset the head unit so that you can enter the code? When the unit boots up the buttons are available for a split second then immediately grey out. I guess an incorrect code has been entered too many times?? Cheers for looking. Any advice is welcome. Steve
