W415 Head Unit Locked Out - Can't enter numbers

Hi,

Does anyone know how to reset the head unit so that you can enter the code? When the unit boots up the buttons are available for a split second then immediately grey out. I guess an incorrect code has been entered too many times??

ps. It's a UK Citan 109 CDI L2 - 2019 plate.

Try disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds, then reconnect it and see if you get the option to input the code.
Just removing the + terminal is sufficient.
