Rust bubbling up on a rear arch, and couple of other places

I'm thinking along the lines of 'nipping it in the bud' now before it gets worse

Called at a body shop today (1st time ever) -- Seemed to be a busy place so he must be OK if he's getting the biz!

He quoted £100 per panel --- in my case 3 panels = £300

How does that sound to those of you in the know?

Car is the more unusual Magma Rad 586

Thanks
Vic

You must find out what he is going to do, if the metal,or what is left of the metal is left in place it will go again within 2 years. to get a bubble on the outside, water has come through on the inside as the metal is now porous.

If you are only keeping the car a short time then not too important, but for a lasting repair the rusting metal should be cut out and replaced

Hi,
£100 a panel seems a bit to cheap IMO, I would be concerned about the quality of the rust removal/rust proofing process.
