107 onboard computer fault

Hi all

My 88 300 SL has option 245 fitted an on-board computer, this has recently stopped working( not that i understood it anyway) but I would like it to function.....having checked the handbook fuse number 9 is left blank and it is that that may be related as it is not listed elsewhere. Testing with a test lamp at the fuses all is well apart from this item!

Any ideas as to how to trace the fault?

I have never seen one of these, and no one has ever asked before, All I know is it is the same as fitted to the 129, if there is any info, I will post back

Thank you...it may be because the car was exported to the middle east when new.
