Just a quick message to all who helped me with my minor problem.
280te misfiring, over-fueling, bad to start, would not idle.
Scrap it spring to mind...
Changed the bio-degradable engine loom.
Fault reader then said air mass meter.
Changed that.
Still running crap.
Cleaned the throttle body with WURTH brake cleaner and works a treat.
Not saying this will solve a problem for everyone but sometimes a bit of elbow grease goes a long way....
P.S. thank god the ECU is ok...
