129 SL hard top storage trolley - suppliers ?

Anyone know of  3rd party  UK suppliers who do a hard top trolley at a more realistic price than £250 that I was quoted by an MB dealer ?

OR - does anyone have one to sell ???

Silver Arrow's trolley is £235 - for that price I may as well get the MB one.
The only reasonably priced one I've seen so far is in the USA at $119. Cost to ship would apparently be $80 - but $200 total is still only about £135 or £100 less than the UK offerings.

Give simon robinson's garage at Darlington a ring - I was in there looking at a 300SL yesterday and he had all sorts of hardtops and stands dotted around the showroom for sale - sure I saw a merc one..(I think some of them are secondhand).

Hope you sorted your stand problem, if so I hope I dont now upset you

I supply hardtop stands for large and small hardtops and can include specially made covers.

Foe the W129 it is better to have the larger unit, it is no more expensive than the smaller stand, but when it folds it is harder to get into your boot if you wished.

The stand and the cover are selling at the present time for £150 plus the vat or you can have the stand for £110 plus the vat.
