140 & 129 - is it true?

Is it true a 140 sun visor ie with lift up flap and mirror is the same as a 129 (if you can find the same colour to match) and thus you can use them to replace a broken visor on a 1998 R129?

Definitely not the whole visor, possibly the mirror section itself, but they aren't meant to be disassembled so a certain amount of bodging will be required
