Hi all,

just thought I'd mention that there are some cool replica alloys on sale @ www.performancealloys.com.
They're selling replicas of MB wheels, AMG wheels and Brabus monoblock VI's (which am thinking of getting) and the new wheel design for the Mclaren/MB SLR.

My search criteria was c-class 2001, the alloys were from 2nd page onwards. http://www.performancealloys.com/modelview.asp?pat=9&page=2

My questions are:
I've never bought from them before, so jsut wondered if anyone else has bought from them?

I have a w203 with standard 7x16" 225/50 wheels and am thinking of 8.5x18" 245/40. Would I need to 'roll' the fenders for this? I read in the topic here (http://forums.mercedesclub.org.uk/viewtopic.php?t=1519&highlight=roll+fenders), that I wouldn't unless going for wider tyres.

Anyone successfully gone from 16" to 18" without rolling?

270 euro for 4 rims...add delivery + taxes and still a good deal I suspect.

Mike.

ps that site is not OPERA friendly...
