180c 1993 immobiliser problem

Steering lock would not come off . removed and replaced.
now get ignition lights but nothing on final position of lock.
can any one help???

I think that you have pulled a wire out of the switch,,we had someone do it earlier in the week

One thing i found out in the past is that when you replace the steering lock you have to replace the ignition switch part as well as the pins are different.
Did you buy the part from mercedes
