Hello all, on my 6th weld due to inner rims cracking when hitting potholes, currently running 255/35s on my 9.5 rims, should be 275/35s, would this 6mm in height save them I wonder. What psi should I have these at and driving with the sport button enabled does it make these more vunerable to cracking.
Any advice guys, would like to keep the 19".
Thanks
Mike

When I had 19" on my SL I did not want the hard ride, so I went down 1 on the width from 285 to 275 and up one on the profile from 30 to 35.

So they should be 275 x 35 and side wall 96.25

You have 255 x 35 and that equals...........89.25 just 6mm as you say

275 x 40 would give you a better 110 side wall if there is enough clearance

And the pressures at 32 min

Thanks Malc, might just have to jump to 275/40s, would I have to change them all or could I get away with just the rear pair until my front ones wear out or would the difference in wheel rotation mess something up between the front and rear?
Thanks
