'19 C43 grinding noise

Hey guys, has anyone experienced something similar like this? '19 C43 amg
was looking all over the internet but not luck
brought to the dealers they could not identify the issue

Does it remain constant if you maintain constant speed?
Not sure from the video if its related to engine or road speed.
Does it only appear under acceleration?
