190 door mirrors

I have been trying to locate a driver's door mirror for a 1992 190E.
I have seen mirrors for W124 in ebay which look much the same as the W201.
Does anyone know if these are interchangeable? :?:

Hi, have you tried Mercman? Their sure to have one. Ive tried to post a link to the website but can't for some reason but if you google im sure you'l find it.

I had both mine off for respraying and one of them has a w124 part number on it so yes they are interchangable.
