190 e door trim removal

have followed instructions but still need help in removing the interior door release housing the black housing unit will not budge, have removed the retaining bolt. The unit will not come out.

Done, after an hour, had to physically push the trim, the the interior door handles popped out after. Dam electric windows are dead tho, well time for the mech!!

Where do I find the guide to remove the trim as my passenger window has come off the mechanism, or am I being blind and it's right in front of me :?
