190 G90 warning buzzer when lights on

I have a 1990 190, when i switch the lights on a warning buzzer sounds. This buzzer should come on i presume when i leave the lights on accidentally. Can anybody explain.

Most likely a fault in the wiring for the door switch for the interior lights.

Yeah, check the 2 pin switches by the drivers door hinges, more than likely one of them isnt making contact properly
