How can I replace the light bulbs in the center console?
(the ones with the heating dials)

Use a rag and a pair of pliers and pull of the knobs, the bulbs are under there!

In addition to the lamps in the knobs there is another lamp in the dial. Once you have the control knobs off (it can take quite a pull) you will see the nuts that hold the dial panel in place.
