Just warming up the crystal ball

Automatic = valve pack

Manual = Selector rod come adrift

its a auto box the car drives really well, well it was until it got stuck in second mileage is about 83000 so I would have thought the box would still have lots of miles left in it

any help would be greatly appreciated

must have warmed up by now ...

Its Auto, so this valve pack are we talking expensive.
