190e car respray

I am buying an old 1986 190e 2 litre in white.The car has the usual rust at wheel arches and a bit on the front bonnet.I have a friend that is a mechanic but need to have a rogh idea of a price to respray the car.If anyone knows where to go amongst members in the scottish area preferably near glasgow it would be really appreciated.

Difficult question, you could have a cheapy blow over for a few hundred quid, but if you want a full body respray, strip of all the bits, remove glass, respray inside and out to colour match etc etc your probably looking at four figures, or very close

Hi,

There is a garage just at the side of the petrol station at the top end (near charing cross)of woodlands road in the west end of Glasgow. I had a few problems with a 190e a few years back. This gargage rectified everything and I never had any other problems.

I am not sure if they do re-sprays although they maybe worth a try.

Sorry I can't remember the name of the garage.
