190E sidelight bulb Where is it?

I am trying to replace a sidelight bulb on my 1990 190E and cannot find the location of it. I know how to change the headlight bulb. Is it a matter or removing the headlight buld to get access to the sidelight?

It says in Haynes that sidelight bulb is below headlight bulb but I can't find it, although I shall remove headlight bulb and have a proper look today.

I know it's a simple one but please help.

Wing mirrors.

Hi, i am new to this, but enjoy the forum.
I have a 1995 C200 Elegance,can anybody tell me if there is a way to fold wing mirrors when parking to avoid damage?I have tried pushing them back but meet with too much resistance! i would have thought that a car like a Merc would have mirrors that fold back!

Welcome to the forum,I'm afraid you're on a loser here ,your car is a W202 chassis and the option for folding mirrors was not available on this car.

I tried that last night Malcolm and put the sidelight on but it was impossible to tell where it was shining from. I shall try today in daylight. It's such a stupid simple thing as well. Cheers.

Problem solved. Removed headlight bulb and sidelight bulb is directly below. Sidelight bulb is held in place by a little copper spade type thing and can be pulled out from behind.
