190E Windscreen Wipers

Hi

Which is the best Bosch single 24" wiper:

- the Bosch 'Twin' @ £9.28 from GSF;

or

- the Bosch Super 'plus' @ £18.99 from Halfords ?

Also my wiper arm is very stiff to pull-up to change the blade - any tips on where to grease/lube, and what with, without fouling the rubber.

Looking forward to hearing from the 190E aficionados!

The right blabe has 24MB in its part number, there is an enhanced clip on this blade to cope with the panoramic wipers changing arm length.
If you dont fit the special clip your blade might fall off and the arm will chip your screen.
