I had a hardback copy of the London motor show dated 1951 or '52, can't remember which now. Lent it to someone and never got it back, however I do remember that practically all the cars there were either not for sale in UK......export only...or at least a 2 year waiting list.
All I can recall about that time was that sweets were still on ration!
