Hi Guys
I have just joined the list and lurked a while.
I have bought my pal's E220 coupe and have been instucted by She who must be Obeyed, to dispose of my 240D diesel which I bought as second owner in 1986.
It has done 99K miles, has Stainless exhaust and just been serviced with new discs and pads etc.
It is nice and shiny with spotless (Black cloth) interior.
Question is:
What ballpark figure is it worth?
Classic insurance valuation is £5K.
Most A reg. 240D's are Beiruit taxis with starship milages and worth nothing at all.
Any guidance will be appreciated.
