1983 300d vacuum problems

i recently changed my oil because my engine is running ridiculously rough while t idle. so whene i was changing my oil i pushed some vacuum lines out the way and i accidentally pulled one out of under my dash from trough the firewall. its a black tube and i dont see ware it came from. it goes trough the firewall by the oil filter

i went trough everything it seems to be working everything but my car just wont shut off

i went trough everything it seems to be working everything but my car just wont shut off

There is a vacuum shut off valve on these engines and the pipe comes from the ignition switch

i have taken the lower part of my dash off do i have to take the upper dash out to get at the ignition vacuum line
