1985 280SL Window Seal Problems?

Can anyone please advise where i may be able to get hold of a complete set of rubber window seals for a 1985 280SL.
The rubber has perished and so the glass is no longer in contact maintaining the seal.
As the seals are regarded as relatively insignificant by parts dealers i am struggling to find suitable replacements.
Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Hi, if you buy the Mercedes Enthusiast magazine there is an advert for a company called Forest Fine in Sussex tel . 01273 891660 they seem to do the full range of seals. Tony

I can recommend Forestfine, have had cabrio/window seals from them, and a boot seal as well, and the cabrio deck seal also. Try e-bay, as I've noticed regular appearances of hard and cabrio top and A-pillar seals there, on a buy it now basis. Just search on mercedes 107.
There is also KHM in Germany and SLS in Germany and Speed auto-tiele as well. All pretty good in my dealings so far.
