Now and again I loose the electrical feed to the fuel pump, engine cranks will not start.
1- Have run a direct feed from the battery via a switch to the pump, this will start the car and will run fine.

2-Turn the switch off and most of the time the car will start and run ok.

3-Is the fuel pump relay at fault and where is it?? the relays by the fuse box are not named.

4-Is there a fuel cut out??

5-Fuel solenoid valve in the system, haynes not very clear.

Need some help ASAP, HAVE A 1000 MILE ROUND TRIP SOON!!

Thanks.................124coupe

hope you have a online fuse on youre direct feed also if the fuel pump still has its own wires on it might do more harm to other parts
