1990 200TE electrical fault "help"

Hi.. My 200 TE has developed a weird fault, sunroof and all four windows
have packed up, yet when i open the drivers or passenger door, the windows and sunroof operate ok, im baffled can anyone help please !!

The windows (and roof on certain models) can be operated with the power off but a front door open, there is an activating plunger in the A frame along with one for the courtesy light, where the door closes. So the problem is that of a dodgy connector somewhere I'd say.
