1990 560 sec Diff Oil Spec?

Anyone know what type of oil should I top up my diff with? She's slightly clunky when engaging drive and was wondering if a slightly heavier oil might improve things(obviously a full change would be required).
If not the standard spec oil type would be appreciated.
