1991 500 SEL not idling in cold temp. has been to 2 different delaers 3 times, replacedall kind of part and spent tons of money and still have the problem. when I first start it the RPM goes up t0 30-40 and when the ASR light turns on it drops. I have to wait 15 minutes to let it warm up, then I have to shut it down and restart in order to drive....any help would be apprecited.
