Hi my sub frame bushes were shot for quite a long time,I was going to replace them,but a whole sub frame plus diff became available,so I just changed the lot,I dont think its a job to do with the sub frame on the car.It is fairly easy to remove the whole sub frame with a couple of good trolley jacks.I would have cut the old bushes out and then made somthing to press the new ones in.As I said it is better to sort out with the sub frame removed off the car.
It took me about four hours to change the sub frame and to be honest I found it pretty hard work.best of luck if you do it yourself
