I have recently purchased a 1992 SEL 600. After driving it for a short amount of time the ASR Warming Switch comes on, and the vehicle goes into limp mode. Anyone have any suggestions as where I can start to trouble shoot this? I have been reading through forums on a couple different sites but have not come up with anything that has been able to help me.

The ASR Warning Light turns on and off erratically. This vehicle has been parked and stored for a long period of time, could this have anything to do with poor electrical connections? ( Bad Grounds )

Is there a way to reset the main computer? With some of the other models a person can disconnect the battery for a period of time and have things reset not sure if this can be done on the SEL 600 or not?

You must start with basics, is there 12 volts across the battery and 12v going to the ABS pump.

I have a feeling that this car has a OVP relay, Where is the battery located.

Also the VIN 6 numbers WDB140---
