Not difficult, but don't try to rush it.
Gently prise off the trim around the inner door opening handle and the triangular piece at the door mirror. Remove the small screw and trim at the door lock and the 10mm bolt securing the top of the door pull handle to the door frame. Set the door locking button to the down position. The door card complete then just LIFTS UPWARDS (about 1") off the securing clips (which are in fact hooks popped into the door frame rather than the door card) and over the locking button. You will likely need to 'jiggle' it a bit round the edges.
Lots of patience required when replacing it, to ensure the door card locates on ALL of the hooks!
Cheers, Tom.
Postscript to above post; Take the opportunity while the door card is off to tighten up the 6mm hex screws securing the wood trim! These seem to have a habit of coming loose and causing the most annoying 'tinkling' vibration noise.
