1993 300ce - what's it worth

Hi
I've been offered a 1 owner 1993 300ce, but can't find a good guide to its value. It has leather interior, electric mirror, sunroof, windows, heated seats, cruise control, FSH tax+mot.
Any ideas what I should be paying?
