1994 E 320 Wagon removing the door card?

Help please.

I'm having trouble removing the door card from the rear doors of our 199 E 320 wagon.

I've read throught the various posts and I see how in general they are to be lifted off but I'm thinking I'm still missing a fastener that is preventing it from lifting up.

Does the windo have to be all the way down? It is broken and that is one of the reasons for the work.

I have removed the 10mm bolt that holds the pull handle in place and the screw that covers the latch trim. What am I missing?

Go to this site and by using your first 6 number of the vin find your car,go to door and then coverings.

Apart from the bolt under the handle, and the black platic C-shaped piece around the catch, only clips hold the rear trims on. Give the underside of the door pull a good thwack with your fist and the trim should pop off upwards. The position of the window is immaterial

As Nick says, they come off UPWARDS, not OUTWARDS, as the clips are actually hooks.
